The client’s deposit shall be paid within one (1) month of the contract being issued, as per the date marked on the contract, and is non-refundable. The deposit required is 30% of the total bill.
Cancellation shall take effect only when written notification from the person signing the booking contract is received by Our Chalet. In all cases of cancellation the deposit will be forfeited and if the booking is cancelled within eight (8) weeks of arrival the following cancellation fees expressed as a percentage of the total accommodation cost will become immediately payable to Our Chalet.
