Step 1 - Contact Our Chalet

Decide on the dates/event you require, accomodation needs and the number in your party. Then fill out our on-line booking form and await our confirmation.

Step 2 - Answer from Our Chalet

We will then confirm whether we can accommodate you on the event/ dates requested. We will then send you a booking contract  along with further details of accommodation prices, deposit requirements and programme availability.  

Step 3 - Signed Contract & Deposit

Return the signed booking contract and deposit to Our Chalet. Your deposit can be paid either by bank transfer (international transfer fees paid by guests) or credit/bank card  (3% processing fee). All of the information you need to pay your deposit is on your booking contract. Please note the deposit is non-refundable.
