Backcountry Winter Experience with Avalanche Training 2015

Join a fully catered break with the chance to learn essential winter backcountry and avalanche safety skills in the heart of the Swiss Alps. Spring 2015!

Have you ever wanted the chance to explore the mountains in winter but have been put off by your lack of knowledge or experience? Now we have the programme for you.

One day of avalanche training with Alpine School and then two days of ski touring/snowshoeing with Alpine School guides (ski touring) or Our Chalet staff (snowshoeing).

Adelboden is a famous ski resort and part of an extensive ski region. Take this opportunity to explore away from the beaten track and the extensive Adelboden-Lenk ski area, which includes 5 sub-regions, 72 cableways and 210km of groomed pistes.

The package includes:

• 4 nights of accommodation in rooms allocated by Our Chalet
• All meals (breakfast, packed lunch and dinner from arrival day dinner to departure day packed lunch)
• 1 Day avalanche training
• 2 days of either snowshoeing OR ski touring, depending on the package option selected.
