Our Chalet is near Adelboden , in the Bernese Oberland and the Swiss Alps. Adelboden is a village of about 3,500 people at the head of the Engstlingen Valley. A half-hour walk from Our Chalet takes visitors to the centre of the village. The main attractions of the local area are the scenery and the opportunities for outdoor activities.

  • How to get to Our Chalet

    If you are arriving by train and bus, you should indicate on the Information Form (sent to leaders) if you wish to have your luggage transported to Our Chalet. The cost for luggage transport is CHF 5.- per person (round trip/return). Individuals and small groups should take their luggage off at the Adelboden-Oey bus stop. Groups of 6 or more should leave their luggage on the bus and it will be brought to Our Chalet from the bus station. If someone in your group needs to be driven up the hill, please indicate that on the form and we will organize transportation (at additional cost).
